Return Policy: Items may be returned for store credit only. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited. No Refunds. Returns for store credit will be accepted within 90 days of purchase, provided the item is not worn, washed or used. Sales receipt is required for all returns for store credit, and the item must be in original packaging. Sales order and layaway deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other items. Custom made items cannot be returned. Boot Spray is final sale, and cannot be returned for store credit.
Warranty (This document applies to most of the products we carry, with the exception of Pajar, etc): Most of our product suppliers offer a one-year limited warranty, and warranty decisions are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. For inquiries related to warranty, defects, or issues with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly. We will be happy to provide contact information, if required. In the rare instance that an item is defective (as determined by the manufacturer) within the warranty period, it will be REPAIRED by the manufacturer. If the item cannot be repaired and an identical item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for the purchase value of the item. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear. Our seal fur protectant spray is required for the boot warranty to apply.
TIP: When removing boots, pull them off with your hands. Removing boots with the opposite foot can cause the fur to wear off and can cause the sole to separate from the boot. In these instances, warranty will not apply.
Warranty applies only if products have been properly maintained and have not been subject to abuse. The warranty does not apply if the item has been damaged by: - abrasion / friction/ scuffing - exposure to water - hooking or tearing - exposure to heat - abuse.
Water Repellency: The fur products we carry can repel regular snow, but they are not waterproof. We carry a spray to help them with their ability to repel water, but this does not waterproof them. Water may seep through when exposed to slush or other wet conditions. Products will last longer if they are not worn when the snow is wet or when it is raining. If products get wet, dry them at a room temperature in a well-ventilated area.
Product Storage: When not in use, keep products in a cool, dry, dark place
